Individual Sessions
In the event of cancellation within 48 hours of the booked appointment time, 50% of the appointment fee will be taken.
Courses
A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required at the time of booking all courses to secure a place on the course. In the event of cancellation within 48 hours of the course start date, 50% of the total course fee will be taken.
